I would like to personally thank you and your organization on your service to our Air and Space Port. Last month our taxiway lights started going out on a large portion of our airfield. The company that normally does this service for us was unavailable. The taxiway lights being out posed real safety and operational problems. Our Construction Manager contacted your organization, explained the situation and an experienced professional technician was here the same day troubleshooting and making repairs. It ended taking 2 weeks and a lot of hard work but the lights are fully functional again.

You have a real asset in your organization in Mr. Rob Zuspan. He worked tirelessly on our system and kept us briefed the entire time. Rob along with Mr. Dave Benuzzi assisted in identifying the next phase of repairs which is going to our Board of Directors for approval on 17 August 2010.
