Infrared Hotshot A non-intrusive infrared survey that captures thermographic images and temperature readings. This state-of-the-art tool can detect minor problems with power distribution infrastructure, switchgear, transformers, breakers, fuses, motor control centers and motors, before they become serious hazards.
Power Monitoring Snapshot A power monitoring tool that measures numerous power quality and usage characteristics, including unbalanced loads, under or over-voltage conditions, power factor, harmonic disturbances and more. The corresponding report depicts trends and enables the discovery of conditions that can lead to fires, explosions, premature equipment failure and inefficient energy usage.
Program Back-up Extraction and documentation of critical control system programs and parameters of plant floor controllers, PLCs, PCs and server based systems, to minimize business interruptions in the case of system or component failures.
Transformer Testing Oil testing of customer owned transformers analyzing insulating liquids to provide indication of transformer health and maintenance requirements.
Instrument Calibration Ensure optimal system performance and regulatory compliance through CA Department of Weights & Measures certified instrument calibration. Servicing multiple types of temperature, level, pressure, flow and analytical instrumentation.
Risk Assessment Post service analysis providing:
- Risk assessment of power quality issues and electrical hot spots
- Obsolescence analysis of critical control system components
- Energy efficiency analysis of facility systems
Corrective Action Offering full-service electrical, instrumentation and automation capabilities, including:
- Clean and torque electrical connections: 120V – 21kV
- Replace faulty, failing or obsolete components
- Engineer and install permanent power monitoring solutions
- Conduct post-service survey to ensure desired results are achieved
