Division Manager – SoCal
A-C Electric Company is growing rapidly and has an immediate need for a full-time Division Manager at our Ontario location.
Mission: The mission of the Division Manager is to lead, support and develop a safe, efficient, profitable and sustainable business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Alignment and development of talent to achieve the objectives of the Division
- Evolve the Division through strategic objectives
- Own the strategic relationships, know their needs
- Understand the geographic market, know the needs
- Leading and filtering project acquisition for current competencies and capacity
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of related management experience with an electrical contractor, required; commercial experience , preferred.
- Computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and efficient.
- Ability to travel (up to 25%).
