Program Lead

Mission: The mission of the Program Lead is to lead, support and develop a safe, efficient, profitable and sustainable program for a key client or accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• In coordination with executive team, develop a business plan to ensure profitability for program unit
• Create or tailor operational processes and procedures to meet the specific requirements of client
• Develop vendors and subcontractors outside of existing marketplace to support client
• Interface with end users of client for projects
• Understand jurisdictional issues of local unions and/or AHJ’s in which work is being performed
• Coordinate estimating activities to provide proposals to client
• Review terms and conditions in price and scope contract
• Ensure contract conditions are fulfilled
• Ensure performance of project teams
• Lead development and integration of new and existing staff
• Coordinating manpower across Project Managers
• Champion of Safety culture
• Works on special projects and assignments as assigned

Requirements and Skills:
• Minimum 8 years of related project management experience with an electrical contractor, required; commercial experience or equivalent experience coupled with a four year degree in Construction Management, Engineering or comparable discipline.
• Computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced work environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detailed oriented, and efficient.
• Commitment to providing responsive customer service, even after hours
• Ability to travel (up to 50%)
