Project Assistant-Visalia, CA
Mission:
The mission of the Project Assistant is to provide overall assistance to the Project Manager(s) and office personnel. This position is located in Visalia, Calif.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provides excellent customer service to vendors, customers (internal and external), and field employees.
• Process reports (i.e., Job Logs, Invoice approvals , A/R collection reports, Termination Slips and Time cards, & etc).
• Compile information (i.e., material price request/credits, Project Change Request, Job Proposals, & etc. ).
• Perform basic market research tasks as requested on assigned companies and/or decision makers to aid in the development of future business.
• Provides Back-up assistant to office admins
• Assists with scheduling, reception, phones, receiving, and faxes.
• May act as the main point of contact for field employees’ inquiries, depending on how staffing is coordinated within the division
• May assist Manager with staffing coordination.
Requirements:
• High School diploma. Some college preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in a support role. Construction industry experience highly desired.
Skills:
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills in a professional environment.
• Must have strong computer skills. Experience with MS Office, Spectrum preferred.
• Good communication, writing and organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic.
