What you’ll do: You’ll join our team of developers working together to design powerful, effective solutions with an expectation to streamline intricate business processes.
- Partner with internal teams to define solutions that improve internal business processes.
- Work closely with Development Team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and deploy internal solutions in the form of IPad Applications with custom front-ends and back-end services that automate business processes while being both reliable and scalable for future growth.
- Maintain highest levels of development practices including: technical design; solution development; systems configuration; test documentation/execution; issue identification and resolution; writing clean, modular, and self-sustaining code.
- Commit to shared environment practices that include training, developing and mentoring others on the Development Team.

Additional requirements and skills:
- BA/BS degree in MIS, Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Web Development experience in Visual Studio (.Net Web Application Stack and .Net MVC).
- Experience in Front-End web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with relational database application development (SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.
- Experience integrating complex business processes into application logic.
- Experience in construction industry preferred.
- Experience developing application for one of more of the following business domains: construction operations, accounting, or supply chain.
Location: Corporate Headquarters in Bakersfield, CA. Telecommuting is absolutely an option for the right person and we have the technology to easily support remote work.
