To support this growth, we are pleased to announce key changes to our executive leadership team that will enhance our focus on Preconstruction and Operations, ensuring that we are well-equipped to scale to meet future needs. Isaac Obel-Jorgensen has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Preconstruction Services. In this expanded role, Isaac will oversee key business development functions such as project development, estimating, value engineering, and building information modeling (BIM). His extensive leadership and expertise have been critical in positioning A-C for sustained success, and he will now play a key role in strengthening our client services. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Isaac will focus on developing strategies to expand our market presence, enhance client relationships, and ensure A-C continues to be a preferred partner for clients across all sectors.
Julie A. Irvin has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer (COO). Julie will oversee the company’s operations, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly from start to finish while driving operational excellence across all areas. With a proven track record of developing leaders and driving success in both Southern and Northern California operations, Julie’s leadership will be pivotal as we scale our efforts and continue to foster innovation within the company.
