Pam and I wanted to thank you Shanna, Dave Bennuzi, Frank Garza and his installation crew, Jason Richmond and Dale Thomas for the excellent service you all provided us in the installation of our home solar system. As a retired Fire Captain, with a background in the installation and inspection of industrial and commercial processes and systems I have to praise all aspects of A-C Solar’s installation of our system.
Your presentation and personal approach attracted us to A-C Solar. We had the opportunity to compare two other companies against yours. We made our choice for several reasons. 1. We felt no pressure from you to commit to a SunPower Solar System. 2. We both liked committing to a locally owned company, A-C Electric, that’s been in business since 1945. 3. SunPower provided the best lease option hands down and had we chosen the purchase option it was also the best plan offered. 4. The system provides 100% of our electrical use at a set monthly lease, saving us well over one hundred dollars per month.
Construction of our system began with a walk through by Dave Benuzzi, project manager. This was to locate where the solar inverters, electrical panel, monitor control panel, roof mounted solar panels and conduit runs were to be installed and if we had any questions about the installation of our SunPower System. Very seldom do you see a company so committed to customer service. When the installation of our 36 panel system began and as it progressed to completion, Frank Garza, project foreman, discussed each aspect with us. Since I’m retired I was able to watch the entire installation. We are amazed at how well the installation went, only four days and how clean it looks. The “fit and finish” is excellent.
In closing, we are completely satisfied to have chosen A-C Solar to install our SunPower System. We would highly recommend A-C Solar to anyone looking for a solar option to PG&E. Your commitment to the consumer is priority one. Thank you again Shanna and feel free to use us as a future reference as more people become interested in the solar option.
