Our offices will close on Friday, January 8th at 2:00 pm to allow all employees time to head to the coast to enjoy the evening’s festivities.
Cambria is located 120 miles from Fresno, Visalia and Bakersfield.

Hotel Details:
To show our appreciation for you, A-C will be paying for up to $125.00 of your hotel room Saturday, January 9th.
You will need to call the hotel at 800-966-6490 no later than December 8th to reserve your room with your credit card. Please reference A-C Electric Group. Upon check in you will be responsible for paying for your Friday night stay, which will be at a 20% discounted rate, plus the remaining balance over $125.00 for your Saturday night stay. If your room is not reserved by December 8th the hotel will release it and there is no guarantee there will be a room available after that date. Room rates range from $99.00 to $199.00

9:00 am – 4:00 pm – Day Excursions
(Includes Transportation and Lunch)
Wine & Olive Oil Tour Excursion
6:00 pm – 1:00 am – Gala Dinner, Dancing & Festivities at the Cambria Pines Lodge
Excursion Information:
Due to time constraints only one excursion per person; however, you and your guest may go on separate excursions. Please note that space on each excursion is limited and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
We will also need a deposit payment of $50 per person ($100 per couple) to hold the excursion. The checks can be made out to A-C Electric Company and included with the RSVP. Upon check in for the excursion, the deposit will be refunded to you.
All excursions will leave the Cambria Pines Lodge between 9:00 – 10:00 am returning to the lodge between 3:00 – 4:00 pm. Exact times will be communicated to you prior to the event. All excursions will include lunch and transportation.
If you are not interested in any of the day excursions, feel free to spend the day on your own.
