Superintendent- Visalia

A-C Electric Company is growing rapidly and has an immediate need for a full-time Superintendent.

If you love a challenge, are energized by leading leaders and genuinely enjoy helping others to succeed, you may be the unique individual we’re seeking as Superintendent to our Visalia Construction Division at A-C Electric Company.

Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Point person for field safety in the Division with a vision of zero incidents.
• Align manpower, equipment and tools across projects.
• Accelerate the adoption of consistent processes across the field team and other Divisions.
• Increase the quantity and improve the quality of the foremen including ownership of the Foreman Coaching program in the Division.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer and other members of the project team.
• Improve project turn outs primarily through improved labor productivity.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years field experience across several industries (commercial, industrial, traffic, solar, OSHPD, institutional or combination thereof)
• 6 years as Foreman, Project lead or Supervisor.
• Sate certified license required
