Administrative Assistant

A-C Electric Company has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant who is a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Chosen candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service by consistently exceeding the expectations of our customers and coworkers with unparalleled responsiveness, dependability and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
• Assist in training staff members and new hires
• Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
• Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
• Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
• Respond to questions and requests for information
• Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed

Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of General office/administrative support/customer service experience in construction industry.
• Must have valid California driver license.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills in a professional environment.
• Must have strong computer skills. Experience with MS Office, Spectrum preferred.
• Good communication, writing and organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic computations such as add, subtract, multiple, divide, etc.
