City of Visalia – Streetlight Enhancement Project

A-C Electric Company performed the nighttime installation of 172 new city-furnished streetlight poles and removed 242 existing fixtures as part of a major infrastructure upgrade for the City of Visalia. The project included new conduits, conductors, pull boxes, communication pathways, and four service pedestals—installed primarily via directional boring to minimize surface disruption. Temporary overhead cabling was used to maintain continuous streetlight operation throughout the transition.
