Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building – State-of-the-Art Healthcare Facility

A-C Electric Company provided complete electrical and low-voltage systems construction for Kaiser Permanente’s four-story, 146,000 sq. ft. Medical Office Building. Our scope included full BIM coordination, extensive prefabrication, and the design-build fire alarm system. A-C installed a next-generation 57-volt DC lighting system, infrastructure for up to 80 EV charging stations, and an array of advanced systems including Emergency Responder Radio, Rescue Assistance, sound masking, and integrated AV and security. Our proactive approach to clash detection, value engineering, and offsite fabrication optimized efficiency, improved safety, and supported the project’s forward-thinking sustainability and operational goals.
