Tehachapi Municipal Airport – Airfield Electrical Improvements

A-C Electric Company completed the airfield electrical scope for the City of Tehachapi Airport, including the installation of over 200 elevated taxiway edge lights, 35 illuminated guidance signs with foundations, and new in-pavement runway end lights. Our work included 12,800 linear feet of conduit, 15,600 feet of airfield-rated electrical conductor, and full grounding with counterpoise. We also provided demolition of existing lighting systems, temporary electrical service, pull box adjustments, and shift work to meet ROFA compliance. All work was performed to meet Buy America standards and FAA specifications, with an emphasis on safety, precision, and cleanliness.
